The invention provides a battery thermal management method and system under a high-temperature working condition of an electric vehicle. The battery thermal management method comprises the steps that the working condition of a battery of the electric vehicle is judged; if the battery of the electric vehicle is in the high-temperature fast charging working condition, the operation of a cooling system is controlled according to the current highest temperature of the battery of the electric vehicle and a battery cooling temperature threshold value in combination with the relationship between the SOC value of the battery and a fast charging target value; and if the electric vehicle battery is in the high-temperature discharge working condition, controlling the operation of a cooling system according to the current highest temperature of the electric vehicle battery and a battery cooling temperature threshold value in combination with the relationship between the battery SOC value and the discharge target value, the current discharge current and the duration time of the discharge current. According to the scheme, starting of the cooling system can be correspondingly controlled in time according to the working condition, and it is guaranteed that the temperature of the battery is in a proper state when the battery works while energy consumption of the battery is reduced.
本发明提出了一种电动汽车高温工况下的电池热管理方法及系统,包括:判断电动汽车电池所处的工况条件;若电动汽车电池处于高温快充工况时,则根据电动汽车电池当前最高温度与电池冷却温度阈值的大小,结合电池SOC值与快充目标值的关系,控制冷却系统的运行;若电动汽车电池处于高温放电工况时,则根据电动汽车电池当前最高温度与电池冷却温度阈值的大小,结合电池SOC值与放电目标值的关系以及当前放电电流的大小和放电电流的持续时间,控制冷却系统的运行。本发明方案能够根据工况及时对冷却系统的开启进行相应的控制,在减少电池能耗的同时保证电池在工作时温度处于适宜状态。
