The thermal management control module CLM reads the water temperature of an engine, and the engine management system EMS controls the duty ratio of a water pump of the engine according to the numerical value of the water temperature; the thermal management control module CLM reads the water temperature of an engine, and the duty ratio of a cooling fan is controlled by the vehicle control unit HCU according to the numerical value of the water temperature; the thermal management control module CLM reads temperature signals of a rear motor and a motor controller, and the duty ratio of an electric drive water pump is controlled by a vehicle control unit HCU according to temperature values; and the highest temperature threshold value of the battery cell in the battery cooling starting condition is reduced. According to the thermal management control method for the hybrid electric vehicle under the off-road working condition, on the basis of off-road scene analysis, thermal management of the whole vehicle is adjusted from passive cooling to active cooling, related parameters of the whole vehicle are monitored from strategy logic, cooling is conducted in advance, and the thermal runaway phenomenon is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车的越野工况下热管理控制方法及汽车,越野散热模式下;热管理控制模块CLM读取发动机水温,根据水温数值,由发动机管理系统EMS控制发动机水泵占空比;热管理控制模块CLM读取发动机水温,根据水温数值,由整车控制器HCU控制冷却风扇占空比;热管理控制模块CLM读取后电机及电机控制器温度信号,根据温度数值,由整车控制器HCU控制电驱水泵占空比;降低电池冷却开启条件中的电芯最高温度阈值。本发明提供一种混合动力汽车的越野工况下热管理控制方法,基于越野场景分析,将整车热管理从“被动冷却”调整为“主动冷却”,从策略逻辑出发,监控整车关联参数,提前进行冷却,防止热失控现象发生。
