Therefore, the second time sequence of the state of charge of the battery can be obtained based on the first time sequence so as to obtain the target value of the state of charge at the current time, the first time sequence can be a long sequence, the state of charge of the battery in the full charging process can be obtained, the accuracy and robustness of state of charge obtaining can be improved, and the accuracy and robustness of the state of charge obtaining can be improved. The method is suitable for application scenarios of vehicle batteries.
