The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, and discloses a data acquisition method and device, a vehicle and a model training system. The data acquisition method applied to the vehicle comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring a current position and an electronic fence of the vehicle; only when the current position of the vehicle is in the electronic fence, data acquisition is carried out. Namely, by arranging the electronic fence, the vehicle can only collect data of a valuable area instead of data of any area, and collection of a large amount of repeated and invalid data is avoided, so that the data acquisition process capable of solving the long tail problem can be more efficient, and the data acquisition efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, when the cloud end uses the acquired data to train the neural network model, the data storage capacity and the workload of data cleaning can be saved, and the traffic cost of uploading repeated or invalid data is saved.

    本发明涉及数据处理技术领域,公开了一种数据采集方法、装置、车辆及模型训练系统。其中,应用于车辆的数据采集方法包括:分别获取车辆的当前位置和电子围栏;只有当车辆的当前位置在电子围栏内时,才进行数据采集。也就是说,通过设置电子围栏可以使得车辆仅采集有价值区域的数据,而不是任何区域的数据都进行采集,避免大量重复和无效数据的采集,由此可以使得能够解决“长尾”问题的数据的获取过程更加高效,同时云端在利用获取到的数据来训练神经网络模型时可以节省数据存储容量和数据清洗的工作量,节省重复或无效数据上传的流量费用。
