PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation data acquisition device which efficiently acquires abnormal operation data in a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation data acquisition apparatus 10 is comprised of: a vehicle operation history DB 18 that accumulates vehicle operation data acquired from a vehicle 30; a data excess/deficiency evaluation unit 11 that evaluates excess or deficiency of data accumulated in the vehicle operation history DB 18 for each abnormality type based on accuracy information of a classification obtained when classifying an abnormality type occurring in the vehicle 30 by a machine learning using the vehicle operation data accumulated in the vehicle operation history DB 18; an acquisition target vehicle extracting unit 12 for extracting the vehicle 30 suitable for acquiring data of the type of the abnormality evaluated to be insufficient data by the data excess/deficiency evaluating unit 11 which is extracted from a vehicle maintenance history DB 19 that accumulated the maintenance history information of the vehicle 30 as an acquisition target vehicle; and an acquisition instruction distribution unit 152 for distributing an acquisition instruction which instructs an acquisition of operation data to the extracted acquisition target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
