The invention discloses a vehicle bypassing control method and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining an adjacent lane corresponding to a current lane under the condition that an obstacle appears on the current lane; the obstacle is located in front of the driving direction of the current vehicle on the current lane, and the distance between the obstacle and the current vehicle is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold; under the condition that the adjacent lane and the current lane are lanes in the same direction, determining the type of a common lane line between the adjacent lane and the current lane; determining a target transverse distance between the current vehicle and the obstacle according to the type of the shared lane line; if the current transverse distance between the current vehicle and the obstacle is not consistent with the target transverse distance, controlling the current vehicle to deviate until the distance between the current vehicle and the obstacle is the target transverse distance; and controlling the current vehicle to change the lane to the adjacent lane and bypass the obstacle. According to the invention, the vehicle detouring success rate and the detouring safety are improved.
