The prefabricated square pile hoisting mechanism comprises a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism comprises a steering block, a limiting component and a connecting component, first connecting grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the two sides of the steering block, an abutting plate is fixedly connected to the top of the steering block, and a sliding plate is fixedly connected to the outer surface of one side of the steering block; and the limiting component is arranged on the steering block. During use, under the position limitation of the sliding plate, the use position of the sliding block can be conveniently adjusted, then the sliding block can effectively move to the position between each group of first positioning holes and each group of second positioning holes, and then the use position of the sliding block can be effectively fixed and limited through the limiting bolt; and then the prefabricated square pile body is directly placed among the lifting blocks, the side blocks and the abutting plates, the situation that the outer surface of the prefabricated square pile body is not prone to collision and damage in the lifting process can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile the situation that a single part of the prefabricated square pile body bears too large force can be effectively prevented under supporting of the sliding blocks and the steering blocks.

    本发明公开了一种预制方桩吊装机构及其施工方法,包括:限位机构,限位机构包括转向块、限位部件和连接部件,转向块两侧外表面均开设有第一连接槽,转向块顶部固定连接有抵板,转向块一侧外表面固定连接有滑板,限位部件设置于转向块上。本发明中,使用时,在滑板的位置限制下,进而能够便捷调节滑块的使用位置,进而使滑块能够有效移动至每组第一定位孔和每组第二定位孔之间,再通过限位栓能够有效进行滑块使用位置的固定限制,进而将预制方桩本体直接放置于吊块、侧块和抵板之间,进而能够有效防止预制方桩本体在吊运过程中外表面不易出现碰撞破损,同时在滑块和转向块的支撑下能够有效防止预制方桩本体单一部位承受过大的力的作用。
