The invention discloses a high-safety prefabricated part hoisting mechanism for prefabricated building construction. The hoisting mechanism is supported and fixed through a fixing column, a cross rod is arranged at the top end of the fixing column, a hoisting rod is arranged on the lower right side of the cross rod, and four steel wire ropes are arranged at the end, away from the cross rod, of the hoisting rod. The hoisting mechanism comprises a fixing plate mounted at the bottom ends of the steel wire ropes, a first mounting plate is arranged on the left side below the fixing plate, and a first connecting bottom plate is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the first mounting plate. According to the high-safety prefabricated part hoisting mechanism for the prefabricated building construction, baffles are arranged, and the baffles are connected with a third mounting plate through fixing blocks, so that in the hoisting process of a prefabricated part, the front side and the rear side of the prefabricated part can be protected through the baffles, and the hoisting stability of the prefabricated part is further guaranteed; and under the action of the baffles, the prefabricated part is safer and more reliable during hoisting, and the safety of the whole operation is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高安全性装配式建筑施工用预制构件吊装机构,吊装机构通过固定柱进行支撑固定,且固定柱的顶端设置有横杆,并且横杆的右下方设置有吊杆,同时吊杆远离横杆的一端设置有4根钢丝绳;包括固定板,其安装在钢丝绳的底端,所述固定板的下方左侧设置有第一安装板,且第一安装板的底部内壁上设置有第一连接底板。该高安全性装配式建筑施工用预制构件吊装机构,设置有挡板,且挡板通过固定块和第三安装板相互连接,从而在预制构件吊装过程中,可以通过挡板对预制构件的前后两侧进行防护,进一步保证预制构件吊装时的稳定性,也在挡板的作用下,使预制构件吊装时更加安全可靠,提高了整个操作的安全性。
