The invention discloses a hoisting construction method for a prefabricated part, which uses a T-shaped hoisting frame for the prefabricated part, and comprises the following steps in sequence: mounting a base plate; mounting a hanging bracket; repeatedly hoisting; the step of mounting the base plate is as follows: the base plate is screwed and fixed with four embedded bolts embedded in the side wall of the prefabricated part through nuts, and a cable on the lifting hook penetrates through a hanging buckle and a plate lug through hole in the base plate through the hanging buckle; according to the hanging bracket mounting step, the two binding belts are bound with the lifting lug holes in the two lifting lugs in a penetrating mode, the protective wall and the buckling arm are clamped to the top position piece in a clearance mode, the clamping through hole of the bottom plate corresponds to the water passing hole of the protective wall, and the clamping piece penetrates through the clamping through hole and extends into the water passing hole. The two bandages and the cable form three hanging edges from the middle of the prefabricated part; the problem that in the prior art, two sets of hanging brackets need to be used for hoisting the two ends of the prefabricated part, and the cost is high is solved, operation is conducted in the middle of the prefabricated part, operation safety is improved, and operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种预制构件吊装施工方法,使用了一种预制构件T型吊架,包括如下依次进行的步骤:垫板安装;吊架安装;重复起吊;所述垫板安装步骤为:垫板通过螺母与预埋在预制构件的边墙上的四个预埋螺栓旋合固定,吊钩上的缆绳通过挂扣与垫板上板耳通孔贯穿挂扣;所述吊架安装步骤为:两根绑带先与两个吊耳上的吊耳孔贯穿捆绑,防护墙与扣臂至顶位件间隙卡合,底板的卡位通孔与防护墙的过水孔对应,卡件从卡位通孔贯穿伸入至过水孔内。两根绑带和一根缆绳从预制构件中部形成形成三个吊边;解决了现有技术需要使用两套吊架对预制构件两端吊装成本高的问题,由于是在预制构件中部作业,提高了操作的安全性,提高了作业效率。
