The invention discloses a hoisting device for hoisting a central hollow hole prefabricated pile. The hoisting device comprises a framework mechanism and a load-bearing mechanism contained in the framework mechanism, wherein the framework mechanism comprises a first protective sleeve, a second protective sleeve and at least three supporting rods; the at least three supporting rods are inserted andfixedly arranged on the first protective sleeve correspondingly, and the second protective sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the periphery of the at least three supporting rods; the load-bearing mechanismcomprises at least three load-bearing rods, at least three diagonal bracing rods, at least three tail pieces, the diagonal bracing rod and the tail piece are arranged on one load-bearing rod, and thehoisting device solves the problem of hoisting of the mixed soil with the central hollow hole with the length of 1.0m to 3.0m to extrude and cure the prefabricated pile. The invention further discloses a construction method of the hoisting device. The construction method mainly comprises the following steps that the hoisting device penetrates through the central hollow hole and supports the prefabricated pile, the hoisting device is hoisted, the hoisting device is lowered, the hoisting device is separated from the prefabricated pile, the hoisting device is taken out, and the construction method has the beneficial effects that the operation is convenient, the butt joint quality of the prefabricated pile is guaranteed, and the construction quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于中心空孔预制桩吊装的吊装器,包括骨架机构和容纳于其的承重机构,所述骨架机构包括第一护套、第二护套、至少三个支撑杆,至少三个支撑杆均插入并固设在所述第一护套上,所述第二护套固定套设在至少三个支撑杆的外周;承重机构包括至少三个承重杆、至少三个斜撑杆、至少三个尾片,一个承重杆上设置一个斜撑杆和一个尾片,解决了长度为1.0~3.0m的具有中心空孔的混合土挤压固化预制桩的吊装问题。本发明还公开了一种所述吊装器的施工方法,主要包括所述吊装器穿过中心空孔并托住预制桩、起吊所述吊装器、下放所述吊装器、所述吊装器与预制桩脱离、取出所述吊装器,具有操作方便,保证预制桩对接质量,提高施工质量的有益效果。
