The invention provides a track detection method and device based on contour feature positioning, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a walking distance along a track and multi-frame track contour data in a moving process through a track detection device disposed on the track; finding out a frame of data conforming to the contour feature of the reference position from the temporarily stored multi-frame track contour data, taking the corresponding walking distance as a reference distance, and determining the target detection position based on the measured walking distance, the reference distance and the distance between the target detection position and the reference position. According to the method, one or more frames of track profile data of the target detection position can be accurately extracted for profile analysis, so that automatic detection of the track profile of the target detection position is realized, corresponding detection can be realized without manually measuring and positioning the target detection position, and a large amount of manpower and time can be saved.
本发明提供一种基于轮廓特征定位的轨道检测方法及设备,先通过载置在轨道上的轨道检测设备,在移动过程中获取沿轨道的行走距离以及多帧轨道廓形数据,然后在暂存的多帧轨道廓形数据中查找出符合基准位置的轮廓特征的一帧数据并将对应的行走距离作为基准距离,再基于测得的行走距离、基准距离以及目标检测位置与基准位置之间的间距,即可准确地提取出目标检测位置的一帧或多帧轨道廓形数据用于进行廓形分析,从而实现目标检测位置的轨道廓形的自动化检测,不需要人工对目标检测位置进行测量定位即可实现相应的检测,能够节省大量的人力及时间。
