The invention discloses an anti-sunlight interference 3D track contour detection device. The device is composed of a left track binocular 3D assembly, a right track binocular 3D assembly, an image preprocessing unit and a data processing host. The left/right rail binocular 3D assembly adopts a double-camera and line structured light mode to collect left/right contour data of the surface of the steel rail; the image preprocessing unit provides laser driving and power supply for the binocular left/right 3D assembly and realizes preprocessing and transmission of 3D assembly data; the data processing host is mainly used for receiving, analyzing and displaying data of the image preprocessing unit, and analyzing parameters such as orbit distance and the like by reconstructing a 3D contour of an orbit. According to the invention, the problem of sunlight interference in track contour detection is solved, and high-precision track contour detection under the condition that the track is irradiated by sunlight is realized.
本发明公开了一种抗阳光干扰的3D轨道轮廓检测装置,装置由左轨双目3D组件、右轨双目3D组件、图像预处理单元和数据处理主机组成。左/右轨双目3D组件内部采用双相机加线结构光的方式,采集钢轨表面左/右轮廓数据;图像预处理单元提供双目左/右3D组件的激光驱动和电源,并实现3D组件数据的预处理和传输;数据处理主机主要完成图像预处理单元的数据接收、分析以及显示,通过重构轨道3D轮廓,分析出轨距等参数。本发明解决了轨道轮廓检测的阳光干扰问题,实现了阳光照射铁轨条件下高精度的轨道轮廓检测。
