The invention relates to a track contour measuring device based on structured light. The device is based on a structured light detection technology, assists a laser light source, and carries out irradiation, data acquisition and real-time processing on the surface profile of the railway track through four groups of structured light sensors. According to the working principle of a triangulation method, the device uses an improved Hessian matrix structure light center pixel coordinate extraction algorithm. According to the structured light sensor, the surface of the track is irradiated by a linear light source emitted by a laser light source in the sensor, and then a result is fed back to a high-speed camera in the sensor, and meanwhile, the sensor carries out real-time calculation and can accurately measure the geometric morphology of the surface profile of the track. The measuring device is convenient to use, small in measuring error and capable of accurately measuring the geometric morphology of the surface profile of the track in real time.

    本发明涉及一种基于结构光的轨道轮廓测量装置。该装置基于结构光的检测技术,辅助激光光源,通过4组结构光传感器对铁路轨道的表面轮廓进行照射及数据采集与实时处理。该装置依据三角测量法的工作原理,使用的是改进型的海森矩阵结构光中心像素坐标提取算法。结构光传感器通过传感器中的激光光源射出的线光源照射在轨道表面,然后反馈到传感器中的高速相机中,与此同时传感器进行实时计算可以精确测量出轨道表面轮廓几何形态。本发明测量装置使用方便,测量误差小,能够实时精准地测量轨道表面轮廓几何形态。
