The invention discloses a track feature point positioning device. The device comprises positioning equipment and traction equipment, the positioning equipment comprises a first vehicle body, a first locking assembly, a first rail jaw guide wheel assembly, a rail top guide wheel adjusting assembly, a rail direction guide wheel adjusting assembly and a positioning assembly. The rail jaw guide wheel assembly is used for holding a rail jaw of the rail and sliding close to the rail jaw; the rail top guide wheel adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the pressing force between the vehicle body and the top surface of the rail; the rail direction guide wheel adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the pressing force between the vehicle body and the side face of the rail. The positioning assembly is used for continuously positioning and recording rail vertexes and rail gauge points of the rail; the traction equipment is used for guiding on the rail through the rail top guide wheel assembly and the rail direction guide wheel assembly, and the traction positioning equipment is dragged to continuously walk on the rail through the pull rod, the connecting rod and the connecting rod fixing assembly. According to the invention, the track direction and height geometric irregularity parameters can be accurately obtained, and the problem that the track geometric dynamic measurement capability is difficult to effectively evaluate is solved.
