The invention discloses a battery disassembling and assembling mechanism positioning method and device of battery replacement equipment, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method is applied to the battery replacement equipment for carrying out bottom battery replacement on the battery replacement vehicle, a battery disassembly and assembly mechanism is movably arranged on the battery replacement equipment, and the battery disassembly and assembly operation is carried out on the battery replacement vehicle by driving the battery disassembly and assembly mechanism to move to be aligned with a battery installation position at the bottom of the battery replacement vehicle. The invention discloses a positioning method of a battery dismounting mechanism. After the battery disassembly and assembly mechanism moves to the bottom of the battery replacement vehicle, first relative position information between the disassembly and assembly mechanism and the battery replacement vehicle is obtained; and obtaining a position adjustment amount based on the first relative position information, wherein the position adjustment amount is used for positioning the battery dismounting mechanism to be aligned with the battery mounting position. Therefore, accurate positioning of the battery replacement height in the subsequent battery replacement process can be ensured, the effectiveness and accuracy of battery replacement are ensured, and the overall battery replacement efficiency is further improved.

    本发明公开了换电设备的电池拆装机构定位方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质。方法应用于对换电车辆进行底部换电的换电设备中,电池拆装机构可移动设置于换电设备上,通过驱动电池拆装机构移动至与换电车辆底部的电池安装位置相对准,以对换电车辆执行电池拆装操作;电池拆装机构定位方法包括以下步骤;在电池拆装机构移动至换电车辆底部后,获取拆装机构与换电车辆之间的第一相对位置信息;基于第一相对位置信息得到位置调整量,位置调整量用于使电池拆装机构定位至与电池安装位置相对准。从而,可以确保后续换电流程中换电高度的精准定位,保证换电的有效性和准确性,进而提高了整体的换电效率。
