The invention discloses a positioning mechanism, battery replacing equipment and a battery replacing station, the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning part, a driving mechanism and a transmission mechanism, and the positioning part is used for being matched with the bottom of a battery replacing vehicle to position the battery replacing vehicle; one end of the transmission mechanism is connected with the driving mechanism, and the other end is connected with the positioning part; the driving mechanism drives the positioning part to move in the direction away from or close to the battery changing vehicle through the transmission mechanism. The transmission direction of the driving mechanism is reversed through the transmission mechanism, interference between the driving mechanism and other parts of the battery replacing equipment is prevented, the space in the battery replacing equipment is fully utilized, the positioning component can be further made to stretch out and draw back and be matched with a positioning hole of a battery replacing vehicle, and therefore the positioning accuracy is improved; in addition, the expansion and contraction of the positioning pin can prevent the battery from interfering with other parts when the battery is transferred between the battery replacement equipment and the battery transfer equipment, and meanwhile, the positioning part can be matched with a battery replacement vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种定位机构、换电设备以及换电站,其中定位机构包括:定位部件、驱动机构以及传动机构,定位部件用于与换电车辆底部相配合,以对换电车辆进行定位;传动机构的一端与驱动机构连接,另一端与定位部件连接;驱动机构通过传动机构带动定位部件沿远离或靠近换电车辆的方向移动。通过传动机构对驱动机构传动方向进行换向,防止驱动机构与换电设备的其他零部件干涉,充分利用换电设备内的空间,进一步能够使得定位部件进行伸缩,并与换电车辆的定位孔相配合,从而提高定位的准确性,此外定位销的伸缩还能够避免电池在换电设备与电池转运设备之间转移时,与其他部件发生干涉,同时保证定位部件能够与换电车辆配合。
