According to the jacking mechanism as well as the battery replacing equipment and the battery replacing station comprising the jacking mechanism, on the basis of a battery tray, a higher jacking stroke for a battery pack is realized, the function requirement of a higher position is met, and the requirement that the battery replacing equipment has different strokes when performing different functional work is met; compared with the situation that the jacking mechanism is installed in an independent space, the jacking mechanism is fixed to the battery tray, the space is saved, the jacking requirements of different strokes are met in the limited space, and the battery replacing efficiency is improved.
