The vector propulsion system comprises a main mounting plate, a worm and gear assembly is mounted on the lower surface of the main mounting plate, the power input end of the worm and gear assembly is connected with a force output unit, and the output end of the worm and gear assembly is connected with a pull rod through a rocker arm; and the other end of the pull rod is hinged with a main push unit base positioned on the upper surface of the main mounting plate. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization and low cost, can effectively improve the propulsion efficiency, and can be applied to and meet the requirements of high-maneuverability underwater vehicles with high-speed and high-efficiency cruising ability, low-speed maneuverability and even hovering ability.
