The invention discloses a refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating type fuel cell vehicle thermal management structure, and relates to the technical field of fuel cell vehicle thermal management systems. The system at least comprises a fuel cell thermal management loop, a power cell thermal management loop, a driving motor thermal management loop and an in-cabin thermal management loop. According to the invention, echelon utilization of energy of each system of fuel cell thermal management, driving motor assembly thermal management and in-cabin thermal management of the fuel cell automobile is realized. The condition of energy waste is avoided, the use efficiency of the fuel cell automobile is further improved, the refrigerant is reasonably utilized to directly heat or dissipate heat of the power battery under the condition that the heat management requirement of each system is guaranteed, the heat dissipation temperature of the power battery is uniform, the cost is reduced, and the service life of the fuel cell automobile is prolonged. A refrigerant and a heat pump heat exchanger are reasonably utilized to radiate or heat the fuel cell, so that a radiator of a small structure is selected as a fuel cell radiator, the heat is quickly radiated, the energy consumption is reduced, the automobile arrangement space is saved, and the system cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种冷媒直冷直热式的燃料电池整车热管理结构,涉及燃料电池汽车热管理系统技术领域。本发明至少包括燃料电池热管理回路、动力电池热管理回路、驱动电机热管理回路和舱内热管理回路。本发明实现对燃料电池汽车燃料电池热管理、驱动电机组件热管理、舱内热管理各个系统的能量的梯次利用。避免出现能量浪费的情况,进而增加了燃料电池汽车的使用效率,且在保证各个系统热管理需求下,合理利用冷媒直接对动力电池进行加热或散热,实现动力电池散热温度均匀以及降低成本,合理利用冷媒和热泵换热器对燃料电池进行散热或加热实现燃料电池散热器选用小型结构的散热器,快速散热,降低能耗,节省汽车布置空间,降低系统成本。
