The invention discloses a refrigerant direct-cooling battery thermal management system and a hybrid electric vehicle. The refrigerant direct-cooling battery heat management system comprises a compressor assembly, a condenser assembly, a heat supply ventilation and air conditioning assembly, a power battery assembly and a heat return pipe. The compressor assembly is communicated with the condenser assembly through a first high-pressure pipeline; the heat supply ventilation and air conditioning assembly is communicated with the condenser assembly and the compressor assembly through a second high-pressure pipeline and a first low-pressure pipeline respectively, the power battery assembly is connected with a third high-pressure pipeline and a second low-pressure pipeline, and first control valves are arranged on the third high-pressure pipeline and the second low-pressure pipeline. And the heat return pipe is arranged on the third high-pressure pipeline and the second low-pressure pipeline. Through the management system, the number of parts is reduced, the occupied space of the whole vehicle is greatly reduced, and the whole vehicle is more energy-saving.

    本发明公开了一种冷媒直冷电池热管理系统和混动汽车。该冷媒直冷电池热管理系统包括压缩机总成、冷凝器总成、供热通风与空气调节总成、动力电池总成、以及回热管。该压缩机总成通过第一高压管路与冷凝器总成连通;该供热通风与空气调节总成分别通过第二高压管路和第一低压管路与冷凝器总成和压缩机总成连通,该动力电池总成上连接有第三高压管路和第二低压管路,该第三高压管路和第二低压管路上设有第一控制阀,该回热管设置于所述第三高压管路和所述第二低压管路上。通过该管理系统,减少了零部件的数量,极大地降低了整车的占用空间,使得整车更加节能。
