The invention discloses an electric vehicle refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating system and a control method of a compressor, the electric vehicle refrigerant direct-cooling and direct-heating system comprises a first four-way reversing valve, the end A of the first four-way reversing valve is connected with the end A of a first three-way proportional valve, and the end B of the first four-way reversing valve is sequentially connected with the compressor and a gas-liquid separation structure; by means of the two four-way reversing valves, refrigerant loop control of 11 heat management working modes of the electric vehicle is achieved, and the integration level of a whole vehicle heat management system and the utilization efficiency of a pipeline system of the whole vehicle heat management system are remarkably improved. Through the arrangement of the two three-way proportional valves, accurate adjustment of the refrigerant flow of the cabin, the power battery and the electric drive unit is achieved, the phenomenon of supercooling or superheating of all elements is effectively avoided, and the technical problems that in the prior art, a power battery refrigerant direct cooling and direct heating system is poor in integration degree, and the elements are prone to supercooling or superheating are solved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车制冷剂直冷直热系统及压缩机的控制方法,包括一号四通换向阀,所述的一号四通换向阀的A端连接有一号三通比例阀的A端,所述的一号四通换向阀的B端依次连接有压缩机和气液分离结构,所述的一号四通换向阀的C端连接有室外冷凝器的一端,利用两个四通换向阀实现了电动汽车11种热管理工作模式的制冷剂回路控制,显著提高了整车热管理系统的集成度及其管路系统的利用效率。通过两个三通比例阀的设置实现了对座舱、动力电池和电驱单元的制冷剂流量的准确调节,有效避免各元件出现过冷或过热现象,解决了现有技术中动力电池制冷剂直冷直热系统集成度差和元件易出现过冷/过热的技术问题。
