The operation modes of the system comprise a passenger compartment refrigeration mode, a passenger compartment refrigeration and battery cooling mode, a passenger compartment refrigeration and motor electric control equipment cooling mode, a passenger compartment refrigeration and battery and motor electric control equipment cooling mode, a battery cooling mode, a motor electric control equipment cooling mode and a passenger compartment heating mode. The system comprises a passenger compartment heating and battery waste heat utilization mode, a passenger compartment heating and motor electric control equipment waste heat utilization mode, a passenger compartment heating and battery and motor electric control equipment waste heat utilization mode, a passenger compartment heating and battery preheating mode and a demisting and dehumidifying mode. The corresponding operation mode is selected based on the current operation condition of the electric vehicle, switching of multiple operation modes can be achieved, and the energy utilization efficiency of the system under different operation conditions can be improved through the multiple operation modes.

    本发明公开一种二氧化碳热泵直冷直热式电动车辆综合热管理系统,涉及电动汽车热管理技术领域。该系统的运行模式包括:仅乘员舱制冷模式,乘员舱制冷同时电池冷却模式,乘员舱制冷同时电机电控设备冷却模式,乘员舱制冷同时电池、电机电控设备冷却模式,仅电池冷却模式,仅电机电控设备冷却模式,仅乘员舱制热模式,乘员舱制热同时电池余热利用模式,乘员舱制热同时电机电控设备余热利用模式,乘员舱制热同时电池、电机电控设备余热利用模式,乘员舱制热同时电池预热模式和除雾除湿模式。本发明基于当前电动汽车运行情况,选取对应的运行模式,可实现多种运行模式的切换,多种运行模式能够提高系统不同运行情况下系统的能量利用效率。
