The invention provides an unmanned autonomous loading vehicle control system which comprises an electrical control combination, a servo driving system, a hydraulic control system and a sensor group, the electrical control combination is connected with and controls the servo driving system, the hydraulic control system and the sensor group, and the hydraulic control system controls an action oil cylinder through a proportional valve module. The servo driving system controls the motor through a driver, and the sensor group is connected with the electrical control combination through a CAN bus. The invention further provides an unmanned autonomous loading vehicle control method. The operation state of the system can be monitored in real time, and target grabbing and loading can be achieved by combining the mechanical arm and the mechanical hand to conduct telescopic, grabbing and lowering actions; and by introducing the high-speed bus, the loading action synchronization of the whole vehicle is easy to realize, so that unmanned autonomous loading is realized.
