The invention discloses a deep sea detection equipment pressure-resistant cover and a forming method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of underwater detectors. According to the invention, the problems of heavy weight, poor stability in water and poor sound transmission of the existing underwater detection equipment are solved. The cover body comprises a straight cylinder section and a cambered surface section integrally buckled at one end of the straight cylinder section, the cambered surface section is of a hemispherical or ellipsoid streamline structure, the multiple back fins are evenly distributed on the outer surface of the upper portion of the cover body in the circumferential direction, the balance ring and the cover body are coaxially arranged and fixedly connected, and the cover body, the balance ring and the multiple back fins are all made of composite materials. Under the condition of the same size, the overall weight of the spherical cover made of the composite material is 1/4 of that of a spherical cover made of a metal material, the weight of the spherical cover is effectively reduced, the external pressure bearing function of the spherical cover is guaranteed by adopting the design that the composite material is combined with the hemispherical or ellipsoid streamline structure, and the sound transmission performance of the spherical cover is effectively improved. The dorsal fins and the balance ring play a role in balancing ocean current in water, so that the whole detector is kept stable in water.

    一种深海用探测设备耐压罩及其成型方法,属于水下探测器技术领域。本发明解决了现有的水下探测设备重量大、在水中稳定性差以及透声性差的问题。罩本体包括直筒段及一体扣设在直筒段一端的弧面段,弧面段为半球形或椭球流线型结构,若干背鳍沿周向均布在罩本体的上部外表面,平衡环与罩本体同轴布置且与若干背鳍固接,罩本体、平衡环及若干背鳍的材质均为复合材料。同等尺寸条件下,复合材料的球面罩整体的重量为金属材质球面罩的1/4,有效减轻了球面罩的重量,通过采用复合材料结合半球形或椭球流线型结构设计,保证其承外压功能,且有效提升其透声性能。背鳍和平衡环在水中起到平衡海流的作用,使整个探测器在水中保持稳定。
