The oil seal prevents leakage of the silicon-based heat conduction oil and infiltration of seawater, the stability of the internal environment of the propeller is guaranteed, the mode of the pressure balancing oil bag is adopted, the inner cavity of the motor is filled with the silicon-based heat conduction oil, and the external pressure oil bag can be adjusted along with the change of water pressure, so that the pressure of the inner cavity of the motor and the external water pressure are kept balanced, and the sealing performance is improved; and water cannot enter the motor inner cavity through the sealing element of the rotating shaft, so that the insulating property of the motor is protected.
