The invention discloses a streamline columnar smooth shell structure pressure-resistant cover for a marine environment, a mold and a forming method, relates to the technical field of carbon fiber composite material forming, and solves the problems that a traditional streamline pressure-resistant cover is high in material price, difficult to machine and long in production period. The pressure-resistant cover body is formed through the bottom mold, the side mold, the core mold, the upper cover and the multiple sections by adopting the carbon fiber epoxy resin composite material, the multiple sections are arranged on the core mold to form the male mold, the core mold and the multiple sections can be directly pulled out from the interior of the pressure-resistant cover during demolding, and convenience and rapidness are achieved. The main body structure of the pressure-resistant cover is made of the carbon fiber composite material, so that the overall weight and the manufacturing cost are reduced. Meanwhile, the composite material pressure-resistant cover is simple in structure, and the bearing requirements of different water pressures can be met only by properly adjusting the wall thickness and the laying layer of the product, so that the adaptability to the pressure resistance of the underwater vehicle at different water depths is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海洋环境用流线型柱状光壳结构耐压罩、模具及成型方法,涉及碳纤维复合材料成型技术领域,解决了传统流线型耐压罩材料价格昂贵,加工困难,生产周期长的问题。本发明采用碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料通过底模、侧模、芯模、上盖和若干分瓣对耐压罩主体进行成型,若干分瓣设置在芯模上构成阳模,脱模时可直接将芯模和若干分瓣从耐压罩内部抽出,方便快捷。本发明采用碳纤维复合材料制作耐压罩主体结构,降低了整体重量以及制作成本。同时复合材料耐压罩结构简单,只要对产品壁厚及铺层进行适当调整,就能满足不同水压的承载需要,从而提高了对潜航器不同水深耐压的适应性。
