本发明提供了一种复合材料耐压壳体、其成型模具及其成型方法,涉及复合材料技术领域,复合材料耐压壳体包括壳体本体;加强筋,与壳体本体一体成型,设置于壳体本体的内壁,加强筋的端面设置对称的第一斜角和第二斜角,以及金属法兰环,设置用于仪器设备安装的安装孔和用于布置线缆导轨的槽结构,第一斜角、第二斜角上分别抵接一个金属法兰环。本发明的有益效果是避免因复合材料开孔导致的应力集中问题,碳纤维耐压壳体的可靠性不会损失的同时,解决了复合材料耐压壳体内部设备定位及安装的难题,可实现耐压壳体内部设备的精准定位以及线缆排布等功能,金属法兰紧固能够产生侧向力,能够抵消使用环境载荷应力,起到减重效果,实现了碳纤维复合材料耐压壳体重排比的指标要求。
