The invention discloses a forest fire fighting robot which comprises a crawler-type chassis, a soil rolling screening device installed on crawler-type chassis supporting frames on the two sides, a combustible separating device, a broken soil conveying device, a high-speed casting device and a carrying box, and the soil rolling screening device shovels up broken soil and conveys the broken soil backwards; the combustible separating device comprises a scraper knife with an inlet communicated with the rolled soil screening device and a rotary separating mechanism connected to the scraper knife, sundries are blocked on the rotary separating mechanism, and crushed soil penetrates through the rotary separating mechanism; the crushed soil conveying device comprises a first-stage conveying belt located below a soil outlet of the scraper knife and a second-stage conveying belt connected with an outlet of the first-stage conveying belt through a multi-rod stretching and lifting mechanism, the second-stage conveying belt is located above the first-stage conveying belt, and the high-speed casting device comprises a feeding port, an outer cover communicated with the second-stage conveying belt and a rotating body arranged in the outer cover; a discharging port is formed in the side wall of the outer cover, and the outer cover is connected with the high-speed motor. The device is suitable for various complex working conditions and is high in safety and fire extinguishing efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种森林灭火机器人,包括履带式底盘、安装于两侧履带式底盘支撑架上的卷土筛选装置、可燃物分离装置、碎土传输装置、高速抛射装置以及运载箱,卷土筛选装置将碎土铲起并向后输送;可燃物分离装置包括进口与卷土筛选装置连通的铲刀、连接于铲刀上的旋转分离机构,杂物阻挡于旋转分离机构的上面,碎土穿过旋转分离机构;碎土传输装置包括位于铲刀的出土口下方的一级传输带、通过多杆伸举机构与一级传输带的出口连接的二级传输带,二级传输带位于一级传输带的上方,高速抛射装置包括进料口与二级传输带连通的外罩、设置于外罩内的旋转体,外罩的侧壁设置有出料口,外罩与高速电机连接。适用于各种复杂的工况,安全性高,灭火效率高。
