The invention discloses a walking frame body and a curtain wall gap glue injection robot using the walking frame body, belongs to the field of aerial work robots, is used for curtain wall construction, and is characterized in that the suction cup is connected with an air compressor through a gas pipeline, and is mounted on a fixing plate through a suction cup telescopic driver; the operating platform top plate and the operating platform bottom plate are connected with guiding and fixing polished rods through linear bearing seats correspondingly, and the guiding and fixing polished rods are arranged in pairs and extend in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction correspondingly. The suction cup telescopic driver is connected with the air compressor through a gas pipeline. And the fixed plate is driven by the movable driving piece to drive the guide fixed polish rod to move in the corresponding linear bearing seat. According to the high-altitude operation robot, the complexity and the weight of the frame body are reduced through the frame body moving horizontally and longitudinally and the suction cup structures close to or away from the curtain wall are arranged on the frame body, the weight of the high-altitude operation robot is reduced, and the load capacity is improved.

    本申请公开了一种行走架体及使用该行走架体的幕墙缝隙注胶机器人,属于高空作业机器人领域,用于幕墙施工,其吸盘,所述吸盘通过气体管路与空压机连接,所述吸盘通过吸盘伸缩驱动器安装于固定板上,在操作平台顶板与操作平台底板分别通过直线轴承座与导向固定光杆连接,所述导向固定光杆成对设置且分别向水平方向、竖直方向延伸;所述吸盘伸缩驱动器通过气体管路与空压机连接;所述固定板在移动驱动件的驱动下带动导向固定光杆于对应的直线轴承座内移动。本申请通过水平及纵向移动的架体,并且在架体上设置相对幕墙靠近或远离的吸盘结构来实现架体自身复杂度和重量的降低,降低高空作业机器人的重量,提高负载能力。
