The invention provides a stable and automatic operation method and system for an intelligent mine card in a strip mine area, and the method comprises the following steps: starting the intelligent mine card and logging in a remote control center, and carrying out the path navigation of the intelligent mine card through the remote control center; an image sensor at the front end of the intelligent mine card scans a road image and transmits the road image to the vehicle-mounted controller for obstacle avoidance; an image sensor of the intelligent mine card detects a road image and transmits the road image to a vehicle-mounted controller, the vehicle-mounted controller judges whether a pit exists on a road or not, if yes, N air injection devices, corresponding to the pit side, at the bottom of the intelligent mine card are started to inject air, and certain supporting force is provided for the intelligent mine card to guarantee stability; and according to the area of the pit, the spraying force of the N working air spraying devices is determined. According to the intelligent mine truck, the air injection devices are arranged on the intelligent mine truck, when it is detected that a pit exists on a road, the air injection devices corresponding to the pit side inject air, certain supporting force is provided for the mine truck to guarantee stability, and damage caused by ore scattering and faults due to jolting of the intelligent mine truck is avoided.

    本发明提出了露天矿区智能矿卡的平稳自动运行方法及系统,所述的方法包括如下步骤:智能矿卡启动并登陆远程控制中心,远程控制中心对智能矿卡进行路径导航;智能矿卡前端的图像传感器扫描道路图像并传输给车载控制器,进行避障;智能矿卡的图像传感器检测道路图像并传输给车载控制器,车载控制器判断道路上是否有凹坑,若有凹坑,启动智能矿卡底部的与凹坑侧对应的N个喷气装置喷气,给智能矿卡一定的支撑力保证平稳;根据凹坑的面积,确定工作的N个喷气装置的喷射力。本发明在智能矿卡上设置喷气装置,当检测到道路上有凹坑时,凹坑侧对应的喷气装置喷气,给矿卡一定的支撑力保证平稳,避免智能矿卡因颠簸而使矿石散落和产生故障而损坏。
