The invention provides an intelligent mine card automatic driving system for a strip mine area. A drive-by-wire chassis module can achieve drive-by-wire driving, drive-by-wire transmission, drive-by-wire steering, drive-by-wire braking, drive-by-wire parking, drive-by-wire vehicle body lifting and other drive-by-wire functions. The automatic driving module can complete the functions of mining area environment perception, high-precision map positioning, automatic path planning, decision making and the like; the network connection module realizes information transmission between vehicles, between vehicles and roads, and between vehicles and a cloud platform; perceptual data of the vehicle-end sensor, the state of the vehicle, pose information and the like are transmitted to the cabin-end server through a network for display and pose follow-up. The cabin end server makes a driving decision based on the displayed information and triggers a driving signal by operating a steering wheel and an accelerator pedal, and the driving signal is processed by the cloud platform and then transmitted to the vehicle end through the network. According to the method, the labor requirements of key production links such as stripping, loading and unloading, transportation and the like on strip mines and mountains can be reduced, and efficient collaboration among the production links is realized.

    本发明提供一种用于露天矿区智能矿卡自动驾驶系统,线控底盘模块可实现线控驱动、线控传动、线控转向、线控制动、线控驻车、线控车身、线控货箱举升等线控功能;自动驾驶模块可完成矿区环境感知、高精地图定位、自动路径规划及决策等功能;网联模块实现车与车、车与路、车与云平台的信息传输;车端传感器的感知数据以及车辆自身状态、位姿信息等通过网络传输给舱端服务器进行显示和位姿随动。舱端服务器基于显示的信息进行驾驶决策,并通过操纵方向盘、油门踏板、触发驾驶信号,驾驶信号由云平台处理后通过网络传给车端。本发明可以减少剥离、装卸、运输等露天矿山上关键生产环节的人工需求,并实现生产环节之间的高效协同。
