The invention discloses a method for setting the maximum speed of an electric commercial vehicle, and the main design concept of the method is that a vehicle-mounted controller selects a corresponding driving MAP according to a preset physical switch triggering state to meet different speed limiting requirements, specifically, a plurality of mapping charts are calibrated in advance according to the maximum speed of the whole vehicle and the speed interval step length, and the maximum speed of the vehicle is set according to the mapping charts. Monitoring a trigger signal of a speed limit setting physical switch preset in a cab; and based on the trigger signal, the corresponding mapping chart is read, and the driving mode corresponding to the current mapping chart and the maximum vehicle speed are set and sent to the vehicle-mounted instrument to be displayed. A flexible, reliable and safe speed limit setting mechanism is provided according to different speed limit requirements of a terminal user on the electric commercial vehicle, MAP software updating does not need to be repeatedly carried out when setting is changed and prior setting is recovered, most setting requirements can be met only by making a speed limit setting program in actual operation, software versions are reduced, and the cost is reduced. And deployment and management and control are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种电动商用车最高车速设定方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,车载控制器根据预置物理开关触发状态选定相应的驱动MAP以满足不同的限速需求,具体地,根据整车最大车速及车速间隔步长,预先标定出若干个映射图表,监听预设在驾驶室内的限速设定物理开关的触发信号;基于触发信号,读取对应的映射图表,设定并发送当前的映射图表所对应的驱动模式及最高车速至车载仪表进行显示。本发明针对终端用户对于电动商用车的不同限速需求,提出灵活、可靠、安全的限速设定机制,变更设定、恢复在先设定均无需再重复进行MAP软件更新,在实际操作中只需制作一版限速设定程序即可满足绝大部分设定需求,减少软件版本,方便进行部署和管控。
