The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle speed limitation of medium and heavy electric drive vehicles, and particularly discloses a control method for maximum vehicle speed limitation of a new energy commercial vehicle, which comprises the following steps: S1, calculating an overspeed coefficient according to a vehicle speed limit value and a current vehicle speed; s2, dividing a speed limiting working condition into logics of different states according to the change of the overspeed coefficient; s3, prejudging vehicle overspeed logic through overspeed coefficient change, wherein the vehicle overspeed logic comprises torque limiting logic when it is prejudged that the vehicle is about to be overspeed; s4, an algorithm of dynamically limiting the motor torque through overspeed coefficient change after overspeed occurs; s5, delaying to quit the logic of overspeed control; when the vehicle is about to be overspeed, the torque of the motor is limited in advance, and the situation that the vehicle speed exceeds too much due to the fact that the torque withdrawing speed is low after the vehicle is about to be overspeed is avoided; the torque limit value is dynamically calculated, small fluctuation is not adjusted, large fluctuation is rapidly adjusted, and vehicle smoothness and vehicle speed control precision are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及中、重型电驱动汽车车速限制技术领域,具体公开了一种新能源商用车最高车速限制的控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1:根据车速限制值和当前车速计算超速系数;S2:根据超速系数变化将限速工况划分为不同状态的逻辑;S3:通过超速系数变化预判车辆超速的逻辑,包含在预判到车辆即将超速时的扭矩限制逻辑;S4:在发生超速后通过超速系数变化动态限制电机扭矩的算法;S5:延迟退出超速控制的逻辑;本发明在车辆将要发生超速时,提前限制电机扭矩,避免车辆发生超速后,因撤扭速度慢,导致车速超过过多的情况;动态计算扭矩限制值,实现小波动不调节,大波动快调节,保证车辆平顺性和车速控制精度。
