The control unit comprises a fixed shell, wherein telescopic rods are symmetrically fixed on the side edge of the fixed shell, a box cover is fixed at the upper ends of the telescopic rods, and dustproof nets are symmetrically fixed on the box cover; a motor, which is fixed on the upper end face of the box cover, a rotating shaft is fixed at the tail end of an output shaft of the motor, and a bearing of the rotating shaft is connected to the box cover; and a fixed box, which is fixed on the lower end surface of the box cover. According to the maximum-speed vehicle control unit of the electric vehicle, the lifting type storage mechanism is adopted for achieving the mounting and sealing effects on the vehicle control unit body, and therefore the situation that the shell needs to be disassembled when the vehicle control unit body is overhauled is avoided. The structure is more convenient and simpler, and the heat dissipation mechanism is matched with the automatic dust removal mechanism, so that rapid heat dissipation can be realized. In this way, the heat dissipation effect of the vehicle control unit body is guaranteed, and the vehicle control unit body can be protected through the elastic buffer mechanism and is prevented from being damaged by external force.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车最高车速整车控制器及控制方法,包括固定外壳,所述固定外壳侧边对称固定有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆上端固定有箱盖,并且箱盖上对称固定有防尘网;还包括:电机,固定在所述箱盖上端面,且电机输出轴末端固定有旋转轴,且旋转轴轴承连接在箱盖上;固定箱,固定在所述箱盖下端面。该电动汽车最高车速整车控制器,采用升降式收纳机构实现对整车控制器本体的安装密封作用,从而避免在对整车控制器本体进行检修时需要对外壳进行拆卸,更加方便简单,且通过散热机构配合自动除尘机构,可以实现快速散热作用,保证整车控制器本体的散热效果,通过弹性缓冲机构可以实现整车控制器本体的防护,避免其因外力而损坏。
