The invention provides a multi-joint fan tower climbing robot with an obstacle crossing function. The robot is adsorbed on a fan tower through permanent magnet wheels in a front wheel module and a rear wheel module; meanwhile, a suspension device is connected to the permanent magnet wheel and used for adapting to the height change of the permanent magnet wheel when the robot moves; the designed joint modules can change the angle between joints, so that the angle change between the front wheel module and the rear wheel module is realized, and various complex obstacles on a fan tower drum can be passed through; and meanwhile, a supporting bearing is installed tangent to the joint motor and used for counteracting torque generated when the robot moves, so that the effect of protecting the robot is achieved. Climbing of the fan tower drum is achieved, obstacle crossing is achieved, and the problems that existing equipment cannot cross obstacles, and is low in efficiency and poor in trafficability are solved through the connecting positions of all the tower drum sections.

    本发明提出了一种具有越障功能的多关节风机塔筒攀爬机器人,本机器人通过前轮模块与后轮模块中的永磁轮吸附在风机塔筒上;同时,在永磁轮上连接了悬挂装置,用于适应机器人运动时永磁轮的高度变化;设计的关节模块可以改变每个关节间的角度,实现前轮模块与后轮模块之间的角度变化,以此通过风机塔筒上的各种复杂障碍;同时与关节电机相切安装了支撑轴承,用于抵消机器人运动时产生的扭矩,以达到保护机器人的作用。本发明实现了对风机塔筒的攀爬、跨越障碍并通过每节塔筒之间的连接处,解决了现有的设备无法越过障碍、效率低、通过性差的问题。
