The invention discloses a wall-climbing robot with an obstacle crossing function. The wall-climbing robot comprises a chassis mechanism and an upper-layer obstacle crossing mechanism mounted above the chassis mechanism. The invention discloses an obstacle crossing method of a wall-climbing robot with an obstacle crossing function. The method comprises the following steps: sucking a sucking disc on a wall surface; loosening the vacuum cavity from the wall surface; enabling the screw rod motor to rotate to lift the chassis mechanism to a set height; enabling the large air cylinder to contract to push the chassis mechanism out of the obstacle, and achieving the obstacle crossing. The two vacuum cavities are combined with the two sets of suction cup parts, suction cup adsorption is used for providing adsorption for obstacle crossing, vacuum adsorption can be used for guaranteeing that the robot does not fall off in the movement process; gas pumping is conducted through the micro vacuum pump, so the complexity caused by pipeline arrangement is prevented, and the problem that the height of the robot is limited due to the length of the air pipe is solved; and the safety of the robot is further improved by adopting a specific number of suckers and vacuum cavities.

    本发明公开了一种具有越障功能的爬壁机器人,包括底盘机构及安装在底盘机构上方的上层越障机构;公开了一种具有越障功能的爬壁机器人的越障方法,包括:吸盘吸附壁面;真空腔从壁面松开;丝杆电机转动抬升底盘机构到设置高度;大气缸收缩,将底盘机构从障碍处推出,实现越障。本发明将两个真空腔与两组吸盘部分相结合,吸盘吸附用来给越障提供吸附,真空吸附可以用来保证机器人的运动过程不会掉落,利用微型真空泵进行气体抽送,防止了布置管道带来的复杂性,同时也避免了气管长度而导致的机器人作业限高问题,且采用特定数量的吸盘及真空腔更进一步地提高了机器人的安全性。
