The invention relates to the technical field of robot manufacturing, in particular to a obstacle crossing mechanism and a wall climbing robot. The obstacle crossing mechanism comprises a support, a crawling assembly and at least two adsorption assemblies; the crawling assembly is arranged on the support, and the crawling assembly can drive the obstacle crossing mechanism to move along a to-be-adsorbed surface; at least two adsorption assemblies are arranged in the length direction of the obstacle crossing mechanism, the adsorption assemblies are used for being adsorbed with the to-be-adsorbedsurface, and the adsorption assemblies can move relative to the support in the height direction of the obstacle crossing mechanism; and when the obstacle crossing mechanism encounters an obstacle in the moving process, one of the adsorption assemblies is jacked, and the rest of adsorption assembly can still be firmly adsorbed with the to-be-adsorbed surface, so that it is guaranteed that the obstacle crossing mechanism and the to-be-adsorbed surface have enough magnetic adsorption force, and the obstacle crossing mechanism can be tightly adsorbed with the to-be-adsorbed surface. According to the wall climbing robot, through the application of the obstacle crossing mechanism, when the obstacle is encountered, the wall climbing robot can be prevented from falling from the to-be-adsorbed surface.

    本发明涉及机器人制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种越障机构以及爬壁机器人。该越障机构包括支架、爬行组件以及至少两个吸附组件,爬行组件设置在支架上,爬行组件能够带动越障机构沿待吸附面运动,至少两个吸附组件沿越障机构的长度方向排布,吸附组件用于与待吸附面相吸附,吸附组件能够沿越障机构的高度方向相对支架运动,越障机构在运动的过程中碰到障碍物时,其中一个吸附组件将被顶起,而其余的吸附组件依然能够与待吸附面较稳固的吸附,能够保证越障机构与待吸附面有足够的磁性吸附力,该越障机构能够与待吸附面较紧密的吸附。该爬壁机器人通过应用如上越障机构,当遇到障碍物时,该爬壁机器人能避免从待吸附面上坠落。
