The invention discloses a method for evaluating the battery replacement time of an unmanned electric mine card. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring power utilization data of the unmanned electric mine card; the analysis module is used for analyzing the power consumption data and giving corresponding prompt information according to the evaluation of the calculation module; and sending the prompt information for manual confirmation, and when the read residual electric energy percentage is greater than a set threshold value, receiving a battery replacement result. The advantages of full vehicle data, controllable driving mode and relatively fixed transportation path of the unmanned driving system are fully utilized, the electricity changing time is optimized, the total number of times of electricity changing is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the unmanned driving electric mine card is improved. The utilization rate of electric energy stored in the battery pack is high, and the total frequency of battery replacement is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无人驾驶电动矿卡换电时机的评估方法包括:获取无人驾驶电动矿卡的用电数据;对所述用电数据进行分析,根据计算模块的评估给出相应的提示信息;将所述提示信息发送人工确认,当读取的剩余电能量百分比大于设定的阈值时,接受换电结果。充分利用无人驾驶系统车辆数据全、驾驶模式可控、运输路径相对固定的优势,对换电时机进行优化,减少换电的总次数,提高无人驾驶电动矿卡的作业效率。使电池包内储存电能量的利用率高,减少换电的总次数。
