The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device, a medium and a system for dynamically adjusting the standby position of a crown block. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a carrying command issued by a manufacturing execution system in response to a material request of target equipment; determining an initial position of a material, a position of target equipment and optimal path information through the carrying command, and splitting the carrying command according to the initial position of the material and generating a first carrying instruction; according to the optimal path information and the position of the target equipment, a first dispatching instruction and a second conveying instruction are generated respectively, the first dispatching instruction is issued to a crown block control system to group all standby positions of crown blocks in advance, and standby positions and driving distances of idle crown blocks in each group are set; the first carrying instruction is sent to a warehousing system so as to indicate that the materials are carried to an equipment loading opening from the initial position of the target materials; and a second carrying instruction is sent to the crown block control system to carry the materials from the equipment loading port to the target equipment.

    本发明实施例公开了一种动态调整天车待机位置的方法、装置、介质及系统,包括:接收制造执行系统响应于目标设备的物料请求所下发的搬送命令;通过所述搬送命令确定物料的起始位置、目标设备的位置和最优路径信息,根据所述物料的起始位置将所述搬送命令拆分并生成第一搬送指令;根据所述最优路径信息、目标设备的位置分别生成第一调度指令和第二搬送指令,将所述第一调度指令下发给天车控制系统以预先对天车的所有待机位置进行编组并设置各编组中空闲天车的待机位置以及赶车距离;向仓储系统发送所述第一搬送指令以指示将物料由目标物料的起始位置搬送至设备装载口;向天车控制系统发送第二搬送指令将物料从设备装载口搬送至目标设备。
