The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for determining the motion state of a vehicle. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first signal and a second signal of the vehicle; determining a first motion state of the vehicle according to the first signal; according to the second signal, correcting a first motion state of the vehicle to obtain a final motion state of the vehicle; wherein the first signal comprises at least one of a wheel speed, a vehicle speed, steering information, a braking torque, gear information and a parking braking state; the second signal comprises acceleration and angular velocity of the vehicle; the motion state comprises one of a static state, a forward state, a backward state and an unknown state. According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of the motion state can be improved, and the method has certain reliability for vehicles with different configurations.

    本发明实施例公开了一种车辆运动状态的确定方法,包括:获取车辆的第一和第二信号;根据所述第一信号,确定所述车辆的第一运动状态;根据所述第二信号,校正所述车辆的第一运动状态,以得到所述车辆的最终运动状态;其中,所述第一信号包括轮速、车速、转向信息、制动力矩、挡位信息和驻车制动状态中的至少一种;所述第二信号包括:车辆的加速度和角速度;所述运动状态包括静止、前进、后退和未知中的其中一个。本发明实施例可以提高运动状态的准确性,以及针对不同配置的车辆,均具有一定的可靠性。
