The suspension system comprises an auxiliary frame, a cylindrical spiral spring shock absorber, a claw shaft, an adjustable lower rocker arm and a frame, the adjustable lower rocker arm comprises a lower rocker arm body and a ball head connecting piece, one end of the lower rocker arm body is hinged to the frame, and a communicating through hole is formed in the other end of the lower rocker arm body; an adjusting screw rod is arranged on one side of the ball head connecting piece and penetrates through the connecting through hole, a first adjusting nut and a second adjusting nut are assembled on the portions, located on the two sides of the connecting through hole, of the adjusting screw rod respectively, and the ball head connecting piece is connected with the claw shaft; according to the suspension system, the camber angle of the tire can be adjusted, the compatibility of the whole suspension system is improved, the rework rate in the production process is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the suspension system can cope with different vehicle load conditions and is compatible with multiple vehicle types, and upgrading and reconstruction of vehicles are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种可调节轮胎外倾角的悬架系统,包括副车架、筒式螺旋弹簧减震器、羊角轴、可调节下摇臂和车架,所述可调节下摇臂包括下摇臂主体和球头连接件,所述下摇臂主体一端与车架铰接,另一端设置有连通通孔,所述球头连接件一侧设置有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆穿过连接通孔,并且调节螺杆位于连接通孔的两侧分别装配有第一调节螺母和第二调节螺母,所述球头连接件与羊角轴连接;该悬架系统能够对轮胎的外倾角进行调节,提升了整个悬架系统的兼容性,降低了生产过程中的返工率,提升生产效率,同时可以应对不同的车辆负载情况,兼容多款车型,也便于对车辆的升级改造。
