The invention provides a high-voltage interlocking loop, an electrical fault removal method and an electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of high-voltage interlocking of electric vehicles. A high-voltage interlocking loop comprises a monitoring unit, a power distribution unit, a direct current conversion unit, an air conditioner control unit and a heating unit, the monitoring unit is used for sending and receiving pulse waveforms, and the integrity of the interlocking loop is judged by checking signal parameters of the received pulse waveforms; a troubleshooting strategy is adopted to troubleshoot specific fault reasons of the interlocking loop step by step; according to the troubleshooting strategy, an on-off fault and a short-circuit fault of the interlocking loop are distinguished according to the comparison condition of a resistance value between the positive electrode end and the negative electrode end of the monitoring unit and a preset threshold value, and then step-by-step troubleshooting is carried out based on the on-off fault or the short-circuit fault so as to troubleshoot a specific fault reason of the interlocking loop. According to the application, the high-voltage interlocking fault troubleshooting efficiency of the electric vehicle can be improved, and the troubleshooting safety can be ensured, so that the technical indexes of the electric vehicle for the high-voltage interlocking performance can be met.

    本发明提供了一种高压互锁回路、电气故障排除方法及电动汽车,属于电动汽车高压互锁的技术领域;一种高压互锁回路包括监测单元、电力分配单元、直流变换单元、空调控制单元以及加热单元,监测单元用于发送和接收脉冲波形,通过检查接收到的脉冲波形的信号参数来判断互锁回路的完整性,采用排查策略逐级排查互锁回路的具体故障原因;排查策略根据监测单元的正极端及负极端之间的电阻值与预设阈值的比较情况区分出互锁回路的通断故障及短路故障,再基于通断故障或短路故障进行逐级排查,以排查出互锁回路的具体故障原因。通过本申请,可提高电动汽车高压互锁故障排查的效率以及确保排查的安全性,以符合电动汽车针对高压互锁性能的技术指标。
