The invention provides a method and a system for detecting a high-voltage interlocking fault of an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps of: detecting the high-voltage interlocking fault of a main loop at a battery pack end and whether the high-voltage interlocking is disconnected or not when a DCDC (Direct Current to Direct Current) loop is quickly charged through a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) hard wire signal; judging whether the high-voltage interlocking at the motor end of the main loop has a fault or not by receiving a CAN signal of a vehicle control unit; judging whether the OBC/DCDC high-voltage interlocking has a fault or not by comparing the voltage of the whole battery pack with the voltage difference of the OBC/DCDC; the problem of potential safety hazards caused by single detection signal of the low-voltage loop is solved, and the high-voltage electricity utilization risk caused by loosening or falling of a high-voltage loop connector in the using process of a vehicle is avoided.
本发明提供了一种电动车辆高压互锁故障检测方法、系统及电动车辆,通过PWM硬线信号检测电池包端的主回路高压互锁故障及DCDC回路在快充时高压互锁有无断开;通过接收整车控制器的CAN信号判断主回路电机端的高压互锁是否有故障;通过比较电池包整包电压和OBC/DCDC的压差来判断OBC/DCDC的高压互锁是否有故障;本发明解决了低压回路的检测信号较为单一带来的安全隐患问题,避免了在车辆使用过程中因高压回路接插件松动或脱落带来的高压用电风险。
