The embodiment of the invention discloses a high-voltage loop interlocking system, a control method and an electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of electronics. The system comprises an air conditioning system loop, a driving system loop, a charging loop, a battery loop and a vehicle control unit. Wherein the air conditioning system loop is a loop formed by a high-voltage plug-in interlocking mechanism in the air conditioning system, the driving system loop is a loop formed by a high-voltage plug-in interlocking mechanism in the driving system, and the charging loop is a loop formed between the high-voltage plug-in interlocking mechanism in the driving system and a charging pile. The battery loop is a loop formed by a high-voltage plug-in interlocking mechanism in the battery pack; the loop states of the air conditioning system loop, the driving system loop, the charging loop and the battery loop are respectively detected by respective corresponding controllers; the vehicle control unit is used for responding to the loop detection result corresponding to each loop; and the vehicle control unit is further used for requesting the battery management system to disconnect the relay under the condition that the loop fault exists.
