The invention provides a high-voltage interlocking loop for a pure electric vehicle and a fault judgment method. The high-voltage interlocking loop comprises a control device, a high-voltage annular device and a voltage dividing device which are connected in sequence. The high-voltage annular device comprises a plurality of high-voltage annular circuits which are connected in parallel; the control device, the pressure dividing device and the high-pressure annular device are connected in sequence. The power supply is connected in series with the high-voltage annular device and the voltage dividing device in sequence, finally the voltage signal is sent to the control device, and the control device judges the received voltage signal to obtain a conclusion whether the high-voltage annular circuit has an interlocking fault or not. And according to the specific voltage values, which path or paths have interlocking faults can be accurately and rapidly obtained, so that the problems of repeated judgment, high time consumption and high labor intensity when which path or paths have abnormal high-voltage connection when the high-voltage interlocking faults occur in the prior art are solved, rapid positioning of fault points is realized, and the fault detection efficiency is improved. And the maintenance is convenient.

    本申请提供了一种用于纯电动汽车的高压互锁环路及故障判断方法,包括:依次连接的控制装置、高压环形装置和分压装置;所述高压环形装置,包括若干并联的高压环形电路;所述控制装置、所述分压装置、所述高压环形装置依次连接。本申请通过电源依次串联高压环形装置、分压装置,最后将电压信号送到控制装置,由控制装置对接收的电压信号进行判断,得出高压环形电路是否存在互锁故障的结论,以及根据具体的电压值精确、快速的获取到哪路或者哪几路存在互锁故障,解决了现有技术中出现高压互锁故障时,检查哪一路或者哪几路出现高压连接异常时,需要反复判断,耗费时间大,劳动强度大的问题,实现故障点快速定位,便于维修的目的。
