The invention provides a subway wheel rail damage online detection method, device and system. The method comprises the steps that a vibration acceleration signal of a subway wheel rail is collected through a vibration acceleration sensor; preprocessing the vibration acceleration signal to obtain a longitudinal vibration acceleration signal; carrying out integral processing on the longitudinal vibration acceleration signal according to a preset frequency range to obtain a displacement amount generated by the wheel in a preset time period; carrying out segmented superposition on the displacement according to a preset wheel perimeter to obtain a target wheel abrasion loss; and subtracting the target wheel abrasion loss from the displacement amount to obtain the target track abrasion loss, and completing online detection of the subway wheel track damage. The vibration acceleration sensors are installed on the wheel sets of the running vehicle, online detection of the wheel sets and the track can be achieved, abnormal abrasion of the wheel sets and the track is recognized by analyzing the vibration acceleration signals collected by the vibration acceleration sensors, and the pertinence and efficiency of wheel track detection are improved.

    本发明提供了一种地铁轮轨伤损在线检测方法、装置及系统,该方法包括:通过振动加速度传感器采集地铁轮轨的振动加速度信号;对振动加速度信号进行预处理,得到纵向振动加速度信号;根据预设频率范围对纵向振动加速度信号进行积分处理,得到车轮在预设时间段内所产生的位移量;对位移量根据预设的车轮周长进行分段叠加,得到目标车轮磨损量;将位移量与目标车轮磨损量相减,得到目标轨道磨损量,完成地铁轮轨伤损在线检测。本发明在运行车辆的轮对上安装振动加速度传感器,可实现轮对及轨道的在线检测,通过分析振动加速度传感器采集的振动加速度信号,识别轮对及轨道的非正常磨耗,提高轮轨检测的针对性和效率。
