The invention discloses an online monitoring system for subway steel rail damage. The online monitoring system comprises a server, at least two trackside monitoring devices, a power line carrier communication protocol conversion device and at least four transducers. The server is connected with each piece of trackside monitoring equipment through the power line carrier communication protocol conversion equipment, each piece of trackside monitoring equipment is connected with two transducers, and the two transducers are tightly attached to a left steel rail and a right steel rail of a subway track respectively; the trackside monitoring equipment collects subway steel rail parameters according to the collection period and sends the obtained parameters to the server; the server compares the collected parameter data with comparison standard data; when it is found that the collected parameters exceed the set threshold value range of the standard parameters, the damage position is positioned; and sending steel rail damage information to a server according to a damage position positioning result. According to the invention, the damage phenomenon of the steel rail can be monitored according to the current running situation of the subway steel rail, and a more perfect steel rail damage monitoring and early warning target is realized for a subway operation unit.

    本发明揭示了一种地铁钢轨伤损在线监测系统,包括服务器、至少两个轨旁监测设备、电力线载波通信协议转换设备及至少四个换能器;服务器通过电力线载波通信协议转换设备连接各轨旁监测设备,每个轨旁监测设备连接两个换能器,两个换能器分别密贴在地铁轨道的左股钢轨和右股钢轨上;轨旁监测设备根据采集周期采集地铁钢轨参数,并将获取的参数发送至服务器;服务器将采集参数数据与对比标准数据进行比对;当发现采集参数超出标准参数的设定阀值范围时,进行伤损位置定位;根据伤损位置定位的结果,发送钢轨伤损信息至服务器。本发明可根据地铁钢轨运行的现状,监测钢轨发生伤损的现象,为地铁运营单位实现一个更完善的钢轨伤损监测预警目标。
