The invention discloses a subway rail transport insulation fastener damage position detection method, which comprises the following steps that a backflow rail is connected with a negative electrode of a power substation, each insulation fastener is provided with a piezoelectric sensing module, a fiber bragg grating is pasted on the piezoelectric sensing module, one end of the fiber bragg grating is connected with a demodulation device, the locomotive is provided with a driving distance monitoring device, and the piezoelectric sensing module measures the voltage information of the insulation fastener and then sends the data to the demodulation device through the fiber bragg grating for demodulation to obtain the voltage data of the insulation fastener. The demodulation device and the driving distance monitoring device send data to the control unit in a wireless transmission mode, and the control unit determines the damage positions of the insulation fasteners according to the voltages of the insulation fasteners and the position of the locomotive. The method can directly and conveniently detect the damaged position of the insulation fastener, is simple in structure, is accurate and safe, and is especially suitable for subway rail transportation and other application fields adopting a direct-current traction locomotive.
本发明公开了一种用于地铁轨道运输绝缘扣件破损位置检测方法,该方法包括以下步骤:回流轨与变电所负极相连,每个绝缘扣件上安装了压电传感模块,光纤光栅粘贴在压电传感模块上,光纤光栅一端与解调装置连接,机车上安装了行驶距离监测装置,压电传感模块测得绝缘扣件电压信息后通过光纤光栅将数据送入解调装置解调后得到绝缘扣件电压数据。解调装置和行驶距离监测装置将数据以无线传输的方式发送至控制单元,控制单元根据各绝缘扣件的电压及机车的位置,确定绝缘扣件的破损位置。本发明可以直接便捷的检测绝缘扣件破损位置,结构简单,精确安全,特别适用于地铁轨道运输等采用直流牵引机车的应用领域。
