The invention discloses a wheel rail damage monitoring method and system. The method comprises the steps that a sound sensor receives sound on a steel rail, and transmits the received sound to a central processing unit; a positioning device sends the current positioning information to the central processing unit; the central processing unit filters the sound received by the sound sensor through afilter with a set frequency band range; the central processing unit obtains the frequency spectrum distribution of the sound according to the filtered sound; the central processing unit extracts the frequency of the highest point from the frequency spectrum distribution of the sound as the characteristic frequency of the sound, and finds out the damage category corresponding to the frequency in adatabase; and the central processing unit packages the damage category and the current positioning information and sends the packaged information to a monitoring terminal. The sound sensor is arrangedon the steel rail to receive sound generated by friction vibration when a train passes, the received sound is processed to obtain wheel rail damage category information, and finally the wheel rail damage category is sent to the monitoring terminal through the processor.

    本发明公开了一种轮轨损伤监测方法及系统,包括:声音传感器接收钢轨上的声音,并将接收到的声音发送到中央处理器;定位装置将当前的定位信息发送到中央处理器;中央处理器将声音传感器接收的声音通过设定频带范围的滤波器中进行滤波处理;中央处理器根据滤波后的声音得到声音的频谱分布;中央处理器从声音的频谱分布中提取出最高点的频率作为声音的特征频率,并在数据库中查找出该频率所对应的损伤类别;中央处理器将损伤类别和当前的定位信息打包发送到监控终端。本发明在钢轨上设置声音传感器,接收列车经过时候摩擦振动所产生的声音,在通过对接收到的声音进行处理,得到轮轨损伤类别信息,最后将轮轨损伤类别通过处理器发送到监控终端。
