The acceleration of the loader is calculated through an intelligent instrument, the acceleration and a set value are compared to judge the driving state of the loader, when the acceleration is larger than the set value, an alarm is given, the maximum rotating speed of an engine is limited, the phenomenon of malicious material collision is avoided, the whole machine service life is prolonged, and the early-stage failure rate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种防恶意撞击控制系统,属于工程机械领域,本发明包括:对变速箱轴转速数据进行滤波运算获得多组实时车速;对多组实时车速进行求导获得加速度a;加速度a与设定值C进行对比;若a小于等于C,车辆正常行驶;若a大于C,判定车辆存在冲击驾驶行为,发出发动机限速命令。通过智能仪表计算装载机的加速度,对比加速度和设定值判定装载机驾驶状态,当加速度大于设置值,发出警报并限制发动机最高转速,避免出现恶意撞击物料现象,提高整机使用时长,降低前期故障率。
